If your account has been sent to the Evergreen Residents Association's legal counsel at McLeod Law for collection, you cannot use the online payment option to pay your arrears as payment MUST be sent to McLeod Law per the correspondence you received. Should you disregard this notice, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
Payment of the Evergreen Resident Association annual homeowner fee is due September 1st in the year in which the fee is assessed. Payment of the fee can be made through one of the options below:
OPTION 1: Credit Card
By way of either a Visa or MasterCard credit card. For this option click on the ‘PAY YOUR FEES NOW' button below to proceed to the secure online payment form. Note you will be asked to provide your "Invoice/Order Number" which is the Statement number located on your Fee Notice that you received. A receipt of the transaction will be emailed to you at the end of the transaction.
OPTION 2: Cheque or Bank Draft
Mail in your cheque or bank draft along with the lower portion of the statement you received to ensure your payment is allocated correctly. Cheques should be mailed to:Evergreen Residents Association Ltd.c/o Blackstone Property Management Inc.

Currency of Processing: All payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars.
Return/Refund Policy: Payment of the Association fee assessed to your property is a legal requirement that must be remitted by September 1st of the year in which the fee is assessed. The fee is secured by way of an Encumbrance registered by the Evergreen Residents Association at Alberta Land Titles on the title of residential properties in Evergreen. There is no refund of these annual fees.
