2023 Annual HOA Fee Reminder Mailout

Please note the 2023-2024 Evergreen Residents Association annual fee statement was communicated to all owners by email or mail on August 17, 2023. This annual HOA fee covers the period from September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024. Fees are due as of September 1, 2023, and interest will be charged per the encumberance at a rate of 18% after September 30, 2023. 

It is the homeowner’s responsibility to keep their contact information current; including mailing address, email, and phone number. Please note, going forward, HOA communications will be sent by email only. Please check your junk email folder if you have not received the reminder but had signed up for the email option.
